Michał Cessanis - on the way to the sacred mountain Fuji
We present Michał Cessanis, one of the speakers at this year's Tour Salon!
Michał Cessanis is a man whose life revolves around travel and writing. As the editor-in-chief of National Geographic Traveler magazine and the author of the “To Be Seen” travel series on Good Morning TVN, he has been passionately sharing his discoveries and inspirations with viewers and readers for years. He tirelessly travels the world in search of exceptional stories and unique places, which he later describes in his texts and books. He has two publications to his credit: “Tales from Five Sides of the World” and ‘Made in China,’ which were published by National Geographic Poland and are a fascinating record of his adventures and reflections on distant cultures and corners of the globe.
During the lecture, the traveler will talk about his expedition to the sacred mountain Fuji. He announces it with the words:
“I traveled to Japan in autumn and absorbed the season in an unhurried rhythm of haiku - brief enlightenments. This is how I gained strength and peace. Leaving by high-speed train from Tokyo to Osaka and then to Kyoto and Odawara, I was heading for the sacred mountain of Fuji to experience the most beautiful view in the world.”
