Tickets for organized groups
We invite you to register organized groups of high school and college students studying tourism, hospitality, and culinary arts—as well as other related fields—along with their chaperones.

Ticket price for students: 35 zł
(A service fee is added to each ticket when purchasing online.)
Tickets can be purchased online before the event.
What do you need to do to purchase group tickets?
1. Gather a group—at least 15 people.
2. Register your group—fill out the registration form available HERE
3. Buy tickets—go to the online ticket office at TOBILET.PL.
Group chaperones can pick up a free ticket to the fair.
Tickets for chaperones are offered based on the size of the group, according to the following rules:
o 15 people – 1 ticket for a chaperone
o 16–30 people – 2 tickets for chaperones
o 31–45 people – 3 tickets for chaperones
o 46–60 people – 4 tickets for chaperones
o ...and so on
How do I get a ticket for a chaperone?
When purchasing group tickets through the ToBilet ticketing system, select the total number of tickets for the entire group (students + chaperones). The system will automatically apply the discount for free chaperone tickets. The service fee applies to each individual ticket.
Access to the fairgrounds:
Coaches are not permitted to enter the fairgrounds.
We recommend dropping off the group of students on Śniadeckich Street.
